Unpaid Time

I worked over my scheduled time. My employer clocked me out at the scheduled end time and refuses to pay me the time worked over. Is this legal?

Generally no, it is not legal for an employer to refuse to pay an employee for time worked. Of course, the employer can also fire you lawfully for working unauthorized overtime.
