As the prior posting by Alan Crone said, your first step must be the filing of an internal complaint with your employer. This must predate any lawsuit or you run the risk of losing any claim you may have against your employer.
As a safeguard, you may want to consult with an attorney who handles sexual harassment complaints prior to taking any action. Don't delay in having this consultation in that sexual harassment claims can have limitations periods of as short as 180 days.

You need to notify your employer. The Company should have a well known procedure for reporting complaints of harrassment. If you have complained to the Company and received no satisfaction, then you need to consult an attorney or file a Complaint with the EEOC. You will need to specify if you primarily want equitable relief in the form of injunctions or reinstatement or some other action of the court, or do you want monetary damages. If you want equitable relief, you will file a complaint in Chancery Court for the county where your employer's business is located. If you want monetary damages, then you will file your complaint in Circuit Court.
