how long do I have to change my mind about buying a car?
I bought a car, paid the money but have not signed any papers. Can I change my mind? It has been 1 week.

You don't have the right to change your mind once you've committed to a contract. While you may not have signed anything, you paid money. That would be sufficient proof of the contract itself.
