Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Pool Algea

I was overseeing the maintenance of an old student housing that has been closed since Dec 2004. Health dept came around to inspect the pool and due to algea a ticket was given to the property. The sitation showed me as the manager. Now I was named as the defendant in the case. What are my rights. I am not the owner , property has been closed for business almost three years. Can I get out of this court case. Please advise

Yes, you should be able to get out of this court case, but you will require the assistance of an attorney. It is a simple and short process. If my law firm can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate in contacting us or my office manager Mr. Ed Smith ([email protected]).
