UCC and Redemption
I was wonder can we as individuals really reclaim our birth certificates and is there money alloted to us at birth?

You can get a copy of your birth certificate by ordering it online from the appropriate TX agency.

You can order a copy of your birth certificate. Unless someone devised an inheritance to you there's no money alloted to you at birth; rather you pick up a few thousand dollars of national debt.
