Automatic withdrawals

I've had automatic withdrawals each month for an outstanding bill and now I've notified the company to cease the withdrawals. They continue to withdraw from my checking account each month without my permission. What recourse do I have legally? Can I sue them? They are in Mass. and I am in Texas.

By all means, let's sue them in TX. Taking money without authorization is ----------------- theft or in civil court, it's called conversion. Bad thing to do. If you want my help on this, contact me by email.
