Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
back when i was 14 i got pregnant by my boyfriend that was 19 and my mom pressed charges and he went to jail. when he got out of jail he got 8 years of probation. well i am 22 and he is 27 and he has 5 months left on probation and we have started seeing each other again. well he can go back to jail if he is caught with me since i am the victim untill he is off probation. my question is there anyway we can get it where we can see each other legally before he is off probation

your attorney can petition the court for early termination of probation.
