Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was in jail from 12/17/2010 untill 1/28/2011 during this time some one got caught with a stolen four wheeler . they told the police i sold it to them . in the theft report the four wheeler was not stolen untill 12/28/2010 and it was recoverd on 1/25/2011 what should i do?
