Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

salary based on age discrimination

Hired at lower rate of pay than other Human Resource Mgr's in our company Region (all younger) asked for a market increase was given still less than others. Gave notice after 16 months, company hired younger person at $6000 more than my starting rate. My age when hired was 64 yrs.

Also Degree is required by company for this position, Administrator hired new person who does not have degree. I have a B.S. and A.A.S. Can I sue for age discrimination in pay?
