What is the statue of limitations on second offense D.W.I. in Texas?It is a class A misdemeanor.

If you were arrested for DWI in Travis County you will be charged with it. The statute of limitations for crimes varies, but prosecutors don't drop DWI charges because it's against public policy. I would be happy to discuss this with you. My number is 512-472-8318.
