Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am going back to court on a temporary child support order that was placed back in July while we waited for dna results. Judge ordered we meet again to finalized child support next week. The ordered stated i was to beginning child support payment beginning Aug 1 and I was to add child to my medical insurance. Result are in child has been confirmed as mine. My employer has started the child support payments per order. I requested the ssn from the mother so that I can add but will not give it to me. I called again last month because it was open enrollment for insurance and again would not cooperate. She claims she will be marrying soon and child will be adopted by new spouse. I get a call last week that child has been added to her insurance which cost 195 more than mine per month. She said she would be requesting AG for increase in child support payments. Will the judge allow this? My premium is less than hers with better coverage. She is only doing this cause she does not want to give me child SSN. I dont want to end up in jail for not following order however don't want to pay extra either. Please advise.

Your question is old...but you should have won on both issues when you went to court. Hope it all turned out well for you.
