How to get back a little girl (Daughter)

One of my family members was recently arrested for assult on his common law wife. They are no longer living together.

Or have been living together for 5 months. His daughter Prissy

has now been taken away from him by her mother. Is there anything we can do to get her back? Just as far as a little insight she minipulates him to the point where he just snapped.

He didnt beat her up just pushed her head against the stearing wheel of the car, It was wrong of him, but it didnt even leave her a mark. And she pressed charges. All the family witnesses how she at times trys to get him angry. Is there anything we can do to get his daughter back? Prissy is 6 and doenst want to be with her mom. Her grand mother on our

his side of the family was the one taking care of Prissy. She misses her dearly. Her mom doesnt even want to take care of prissy or much less take her to visit her grand mother which who she was staying with. Please Help or at least give us a

little hope to get Prissy back or a least some sort of way

we can get Prissy back or at least some way to see her? Her Mom will not let any body visit.

He needs to file for a separation and ask the judge to enter an order concerning visitation rights and support. If the wife does not abide by the order, she can be held in contempt. A social study may be a part of the process. In any event, at a minimum, the husband should be able to have temporary orders entered that would allow him visitation with the child.
