Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I had child support takin out of my check, found out they had the wrong person by proving it wasnt me, they took 176 out of my check, is there anything i can do

Who made the mistake? Was it your employer, or was it the Attorney General?

Contact the responsible party and politely ask for your money. If you don't get it back within a reasonable time, sue the responsible party.
