Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Ok in my divorce decree it states that my 2 children are to remain on Texas Medicaid Insurance. My kids dad live in Nebraska and only gets to have my daughter for visits since my son is still an infant. He wants to get her on some type of insurance through his job so that if something happens when she's up there he can take her to the doctor and use the insurance. He's wanting me to pay part of the insurance premium, am i required to help pay that? If it's something that wasn't ordered, i would think it's at his own discretion. I'm definitely not going to just fork over money to him because he wants it, he doesn't even pay his child support so that's out of the question. He wants me to help pay for it and take it out of his monthly child support amount.

Read your decree carefully. If you are not ordered to pay then it is his obligation.
