Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have full legal custody of my daughter from her biological mother.Not long after I was awarded custody i moved to texas.there was nothing in the child custody order that mentions anything about a restriction for relocation or anything like that.Recently I was layed off from my job and want to relocate back to florida .Can I do this and what do I need to do?

You state that there are no geographic restrictions. If that is true, then there is no order prohibiting your move. If you want to be certain, have the orders reviewed by an attorney. If the mother of the child followed you to Texas, she may want to petition the court to prevent the move.
