Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We really like the houes that we are in right now, but i know that we will not be able to afford it with the expeniseve payments i would like to get enpught child support to be able to stay in the house that we are in and let my hight school child finish school there. would that be a possible?

Who knows??? It depends on what you spouse will agree to or how much he or she makes and how many children you have. Child support is not going to be set on what your house payment is. There are standards. Talk to a good family law attorney.
