Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What could I do when my kids are out of county lines with their grandparents who were supposed to be back in time by my scheduled visitations? I've made a few police reports already for my kids father missing my visitations. Now I'm being faced with my children being taken out of town and their grandfather thinking he has the right to bring them back any day he chooses.

Come a petition to enforce the visitation order. You will need an attorney to do this because enforcement is highly technical. If you don't get it exactly right, your ex will get away with all past violations without any consequences.
