Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I married a 100%disabled veteran ,he turned out to be mentally sick.

He mentally and emotionally abused me to the point where I thought I was going to loose my mind. He feels no empathy ,no remorse.

He destroyed my financial family and social life.

I have a harassment charge againgt him, but he has been charged before by his exes 18times and nothing happened. he has court this week and He filed for divorce last week.

what papers can I print and sign, so I can be done with this nightmare?

Have you been served with citation? Did you sign a waiver?

Somebody needs to draft a proposed agreed order (you can do it if you want to), and you and he both sign it. Then you go to the courthouse for a brief hearing called a "proveup." That finalizes the divorce.
