If you hire an experienced custody lawyer to handle your case and if you are willing to pay for the work that that needs to be done to prove to the court that you are a fit mother, and if you have cleaned up your act as to the use of drugs, and if can show rehabilitation and if you are not in a rehab center or in jail/prison, there is a likelihood that you will get at least joint custody of your children. This is the time to fight for them.

It may not be all at once, but it can be done.
