Restraining order

We are court ordered managing conservators for 17 year old grandson. He is being harrassed, stalked, grabbed, etc. in public by his alcohol/drug affected Mother. Grandson wants to get a restraining order to prevent future embarrassments.

You need to ask the court to order a restraining order against the parent.
