If a soldier and his wife divorce, can she still recieve benefits 20 years later? After both parties have remarried and all children are grown?

She may be entitled to the benefits that accrued during the marriage. In other words, if the soldier was in the military for 20 years and married for 2, she might be able to get 5% of the benefits. (2/20 = 10%, so 10% is community property. She can get half the community property, which is 5% of the total).
