compound fracture

I got hurt on some rich peoples property. I was helping a man with a horse who does not own this land but this man fell on me and i got a compound fracture of my rt ankle. have not been able to walk or work for two months. My children have suffered and I have lost my husband in this time. by law, may i sue the man that owns the property and win

If the man who fell on you was employed by the property owner and his negligence was the cause of your injuries, or if the property owner was in some way negligent which was the cause of your injuries, you may have a case.

As a general rule, the property owner would not be liable in tort unless there was some more direct involvment such as negligent supervision or employment of the man who fell on you.

There might be some "no fault" medical payments coverage on the property that could apply even if owner not liable for negligence. What about pursing liability of man who fell on you?
