What are my options for litigation if someone has used my personal image for profit without my consent?

You may have a claim for invasion of privacy, and possibly other torts, depending on the circumstances. You should consult an attorney to review the issue more fully, and I would suggest that it is not likely to be worthwhile to pursue this unless the profits are substantial and you can prove the misappropriation of your image, and that this action is the basis for the profits realized.
