Re: employer retaliation

Call us for help with a work comp claim. Your experience is not uncommon. The insurance carrier tries to get claimants back to light duty, then employers may not have light duty but create positions and both employer and employees are unhappy. We have cases where all the claimant does is sit around. If your injury is serious, you may be asked to go to a doctor for the insurer..and be cut off....You may have medical treatment denied..If you trust the adjuster, wait to be surprised...Call us to discuss your case.
