Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I was in a relationship with a woman, we moved in together and both signed a lease, She has a two year old child. She would not work or pay any bills and after 6 mos i told her to leave. After begging I allowed her to come back to find her back in the same situation. She threatened suicide etc and then I came home and found her chaeting, I contacted PD again and had them remove her. Is she still responsible for half of the lease from the time she was kicked out. The problems were so bad the landlord agreed to evict us and let me stay. I want to recover half the rent.

Don't pursue this. IF you could get a judgment against her (which I doubt), you'd never collect it.
