Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

Propulisd drug.

My son is now deceased June 1996. He suffered from Duchene Muscular Dystrophy and was placed on a good deal of medication. My son developed a bad reflux problem and was given the drug called Propulsid and anoter called Reglan both for the same problem. One week before my son passed away he developed sever stomach pains, he couldn't eat, sleep much less anything else and was placed in the Hospital, a specilist was called in, but he was no help he refused to do surgery due to the condition of my son. My son was released from the Hospital on a Friday the next Thursday he passed away, even thought I expect this to happen I had no idea it would be the day I rushed him back to the hospital he died a few hours later. The Doctors at the Hospital never told me he was in a grave situation, never mentioning that death was an immediate factor. I just wanted to speak out and see where I might stand if any in this law suit.
