Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Hi! My car was towed last night found near railroad tracks. On the actual tow slip that i have it states that my car is in running condition. It has the wrecker signature and police officers signature. When i called to get my car out of the tow place, the wrecker explained to me that my cars tranmission fluid was leaking when he towed it and it may be busted so it is not in driving condition. The thing is there is no record of this on the wrecker slip, and it conflicts as to what was said. What should I do? Can i take action again the wrecker company to fix my car? Please I really need help quickly! Thank you so much!

You will not get "quick" help ..as you must file a lawsuit...and if less than $10000 value..you can go to Justice of Peace Court...and yoou must prove why it should not have been towed, why it was there...damages..and it is not eaxy....but should be over in a couple of mmths and you may have to pay for towing/fine..etc..good luck
