Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Hurt at an amusement park

I went to an amusement park on 8-6-00 for a company picnic. I was on the go-karts and was clipped from behind and ran into the metal railing. I ended up going to the emergency room for a cracked sternum and whiplash. The seatbelt on the kart was defective and didn't hold me. I hit the steering wheel on the kart with my chest. The safety inspection sticker for the ride was also expired for 3 yrs. I was wondering what i could do about this. Thanks

Re: Hurt at an amusement park

You should have a civil case for personal injuries. Further details are needed to determine who all the potential defendants could be. With multiple defendants you get into some choices on where to file the claim which can be a major factor on value of case. You will want some advice from a lawyer familiar with those options.
