Breach of contract?

I bought a mobile home in febuary 2005, it was finally delivered in may 2005, at the time of delivery, there were alot of damages. At that time the company i bought it from said that they would fix the problems, unfortuantly they are still not fixed. Is this considered a breach of the contract?

Yes. You could have refused to take delivery of the damaged mobile home. Now, you can have them fix it and/or sue them for the amounts needed to fix it.
