Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Can my dad sue for making house face certain way.

In 1982 my dad built a 1700sq ft brick home. His aunt built one also and then someone next to her. Then someone put in a trailor home on the other side of us.The one thing different about our home. Its facing south instead of the road. My dad was told that his house was a corner lot and they were going to build a rode. And that all the forrest would be sold, houses built and rode made. And they put in a caliche driveway between us and trailor home. That was 28 years ago and theres still no road nor is the forrest land sold behind in our case the side of us.

I thought it over and even if possible its to dramatic to sue for demolish and rebuilding rather get money to improve the home, its landscaping or whatever posible and pave the rock driveway.

Simply put our house is facing south while the other 3 homes are facing west(the road). Can we sue the people (if there even alive)who told my dad about the corner lot road idea.Cause its complete bull. There never going to sell forrest land in this 21st century. Thanks

No. The statute of limitations has long run, if you had any rights in the first place. Time to move on.
