Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

my home was in forclosure back in 2008 and i was in a 13 bankruptsy the past arrears owed on the home were included in the bankruptsy i paid my dues each month to the lender and my bankruptsy payments but they still forclosed on me before my bankruptsy had been terminated after reasearching the problem found out that during this bankruptsy the servisor i was sending my payments to were adding them to the past owed and not applying them to the current month i paid them which i am assuming is why they processed the forclosure i still have my home but have lost a lot of money and the principle i was charged does not show the past payments i made and a large sum of late payments and other fess have been charged to the principle. the house is worth 174,000 and the principle on the current statement is 200,000 i have not been late since 2008 and i am still in the home i have recently receive an indpendent floreclusre review to fill out how do i do this

you may have a suit for wrongful foreclosure so make an appointment and bring all the documents..OR call your original bankruptcy lawyer...if u had no lawyer in bankruptcy, that could explain the present problem..972 2984641
