Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Real Estate Agent's Cut

We are selling our house ourselves, but the prospective buyer hired a real estate agent to help him. Are we required to pay her her three percent out of the total we'll receive for the house? She's made us think that we do, but others say no.
