Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have recieved land from my parents after their deaths and want to get on the property. But the tenants on each side have land locked me out. They each have offered to buy the land , but I dont want to sell. I was told by other land owners that know one could land lock and other owner out. Do I have a change of getting on this

land?

Yes, you have a chance of getting on the land. If the adjacent land owners won't grant you an easement to get to your land, you can sue to force an easement, allowing you access. Before you can do this, you have to establish that you own the land. How did you acquire the property? Was there a will, or a probate action done, or ??
