How do I transfer deeds to property to my son?

That depends on how you acquired the property. If you inherited the property, you need to determine if the title is clear, or if it is still titled in the name of the deceased. If you purchased the property, then you will need to ensure that the title work was done properly. There are a few other things to check, buy you should have a general idea.
