When typeing a New Warrenty Deed - Legal discription Volume & Page?

When I type up the new Warrenty Deed;.. Do I type in

the Volume and Page that is

stamped at the bottom of my Deed or do I type in the

Volume & Page that is in my legal discription?

Neither answer is truly correct. You can get a Deed prepared by a title company for $200-$300 by an Attorney and save yourself tons of aggrevation and potential future lawsuits down the line. Deed Volume and Pages are part of recordation done by the County Clerk, not you.
