Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Can you get 2 tickets in less than a month for the same offense before my first court date? I got a ticket on july 14th for window tint and another on aug 3. My first court date isnt until aug 23. Can I still get another ticket for the same offense before i have the first court date?

If the window tint continues to be in violation, then it is still a citeable offense. The cops aren't required to wait until your court date to cite you again. If you prevail at the first hearing, advise the court of the second citation, and ask that it be dismissed as well.
