Legal Question in Civil Litigation in United Kingdom
I had been with my partner for 15 years when we broke up,I own 20% of the morgage but have not payed anything towards it,I have owned it for about 5 years.I was wondering if i was entitled to anything and if so how i would go about claiming it,also is there any way of taking my name off the morgage without paying about 200 for it.
Thanks Graeme......

Dear Sir,
Mortgage obligations actually held as joint and several, then there is no way that you can escape from such an mortgage obligations. But you can file a bankruptcy petition at your judicial jurisdiction, for that you can show nil returns of income source, ok ?, and suggest you to contact a local lawyer.
Thank You,
