Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
My son took a loan out with sallie mae for pilot school . Sallie may issued checks to the school for my sons training. The school used all the money and have now filed a chapter 11 voluntary bankruptcy. He still had 40.000 dollars they were suppose to have. He wanted to send the remainder back to sallie mae toput on his balance but they don't have. What should we do/

Sue the school for the money they have that the school has not earned, notify the lender.
