You see an experienced lawyer immediately. You will probably need to file a Chapter 13 (assuming you are eligible; otherwise an 11), and this is no place for amateurs. You will need to provide info on all assets, debts, income and expenses, and you will have to do credit counseling before you file. Contact a lawyer immediately, as it takes time to prepare the case correctly.
