Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

When my divorce was final, I was ordered to pay my exwife spousal support--I have been paying her for over 3 years now, she has been living with her boyfriend for 2 years, in the state of Virginia, is there a way for me to get this support stopped?

I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a Virginia

attorney who handles family law matters and who can review all

of the important paperwork associated with your divorce which obligated you to pay this spousal support and who can then

advise you, accordingly.

If you can prove she has been cohabiting with another man in a situation analagous to a marriage for more than one year, you can get alimony terminated. But you'll need an attorney to help you get through the litigation.
