Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Violation of final decree of divorce

My ex was ordered to have CD's retitled in both our names, both signatures required,$ to be used for son's education. He closed all 4 accounts, cashier's checks issued to he alone, $ location unknown. What's my recourse? Because of this action can I obtain sole control of money?

Re: Violation of final decree of divorce

What money would be left for you to control?

Unless you can locate this scurrilous absconder (along with assets)and have him properly served with papers to be brought before a court of proper jurisdiction in this matter, I'd have to say that your realistic recourse right now is right around nil.
