Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was wondering what the probability of custody or even visitation to a father would be. A father that only has contact with child when together with mother. Never brought child anything! Smokes marijuana, underage drinks, and doesn't have a job... Mother has child 7 days a week, Child attends school 5 days a week. Mother doesn't want child to be gone on weekends because that's their free time together. What is the probability that a judge would even grant visitation to the father?

Supervised visitation, perhaps, a couple of times per month, for half day or so

for each visit.
