Broadcast Fax
I've been sending out a broadcast fax on a small scale for about a year, but now I want to increase my output. I make it possible for recipients to fax back to get their company removed from my database with a disclaimer, but I don't want to leave myself vulnerable to a possible lawsuit especially after I pay a substantial amount to receive additional business fax numbers. Please counsel me with a remedy that will put my fears to rest. Thank You,

No remedy other than to stop, or make sure that the faxes are not unsolicited. Unsolicited commercial faxes are illegal.
