in the state of va can you not renew a lease simply because you do not like the tenants. I have had nothing but issues since i moved in and now they are choosing to not renew my lease without reason. Ive never been late on rent.

A Virginia landlord (as far as I am aware) may choose not to renew a tenants' lease solely on the
grounds that s/he doesn't like them and wants nothing further to do with them after the expiration of said lease.
