Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Living Trustee Passed Away

When my grandmother passed away she left everything to her 3 children. My aunt however is a Nun and couldn't keep the possessions, so an account was opened for her with my Dad as the trustee (to give her money from when needed etc.). My father has now passed away without a will, and he does have two living brothers. He mentioned that he wanted me to ''inherrit'' the responsibility of his sisters account. What do I need to do?

Re: Living Trustee Passed Away

The trust account itself should contain terms which provide for what is to happen to the trust when the current trustee dies or who is to assume reponsibility for contiuing to administer the trust.
