Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

I helped a friend who got evicted and move her with my family. We got into a fight, she left and I decided to put all of her things in the garage so she don't need to come in my house. But she insist on going inside my house and treaten to call a police on me. What is my rights? Thanks.

Does she have a lease? Was she paying rent in some way? If no to both then you're *PROBABLY* under no obligation to permit her entry, but she does, of course, have the right to take her items. There are ways that you can dispose of them, but be careful that you follow the law if you attempt to go that route.
