Legal Question in Workers Comp in Washington

Payment due

I was recently let go from a job. I was not paid for my Medical insurance for that month nor was I paid for the 1 week vacation time or the 2 personal use days I had coming. I have contacted the employer and they keep giving me the brush off. What are my courses of action? Where can I report this about the company? How can I get the money that I am due?

Re: Payment due

Contact the Department of Labor & Industries, file a grievance if there is a union contract, calculate the amount owed, and it is probably in the Small Claims Court jurisdiction. You can sue your employer in small claims yourself. Contact an employment lawyer nearby for a consult. I do Worker's Compensation. Good Luck.
