Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in West Virginia

Right to Bear arms

Can I get my rights back to carry a gun? I am trying to get my job back as a corrections officer. I got misdemeanor conviction for domestic assault in 1999. It was a threat, no bodily harm. The conviction took place in west virginia. With the new law that took place for the right to bear arms, can I get my right back? I dont want to own a gun, just be able to carry one at the jail.
