Employer retaliation for court testimony

Is there a course of legal action available against an employer that harasses an employee who provided testimony at a court hearing that directly conflicts with the testimony the employer gave at the hearing?

You probably have a cause of action, but I need a lot more information. Did the testimony concern your place of work? How is he harassing you?
