Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in West Virginia

help please

I just need to know. What I can do about what is going on.

I am living in a house, I've always lived in with my grandfather. He passed away. And didn't live a will.

They all agree that I could keep living here. Until now. I've paid the taxes, and kept the place livable when everyone went back to their lives. 2 of the kids say I can still live here, 2 want me to leave. THEY'RE not selling. Just one of them wants to move in now. Will they have to pay me to move out? Or do they have the right? Please explain this to me. There is no lease agreement, and no rent being paid, the bills and everything are in my name?

Thanks.

You need to call a PROBATE Attorney in your local town or nearby city ASAP. He or she can explain your rights and what you need to do.
